Meet the Team
Ian Dennis
MD
Ian has been in the travel business since the late 1980s with over 30 years working in specialist sports event management, conferences, meetings and incentives and special interest travel. Ian has worked extensively in the UK and overseas. 10 years as travel implant manager to the Great Britain Athletics team. Experience on major events hosted in the UK as accommodation, transport and travel director. LOC representation on major sports events in the UK.
Julia Fairbank
Equestrian Tours Consultant
Julia has been a regular on Zip Travel’s equestrian tours since the 2008 Olympics. Maintaining strong ties with Zip over the past decade, Julia started leading the course walks for the groups at the championships, offering insight gleaned from her other life as an Advanced/3* event rider.
In 2018 it became official and Julia started working for Zip Travel to support our Equestrian Tours programme.
Sharon Jarvis
Business travel & administration
Sharon has 25 years experience of in business travel sales and reservations and is fully conversant in the very latest CRS (Computer Reservation Systems) for all scheduled, charter and low-cost flights. Sharon also manages Zip Travel’s extensive database of consolidated airline fares.
